1.  Free Shipping

       We provide Free Shipping to all locations within Peninsular & East Malaysia (including WP Labuan) ONLY.

2.  Courier Delivery

  • We shall deliver your orders to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you on the order form. Your order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company appointed by us.
  • We aim to deliver within the time frame indicated below but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Pre-Order Items

Items that is not available yet or Pre-Order items will have their shipping applied upon the arrival of the item. If quoted upon Pre-Order, the amount will be the final amount for shipping. 

Refunds & Exchange

  • We may cancel an order if your order (or promotional offer(s) involving your order) is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.
  • You cannot cancel an order once a Dispatch Confirmation is issued or payment is made. If you wish to seek further information or assistance, please feel free to contact us.
  • You shall examine your orders immediately upon receiving for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our customer service within 24 hours; otherwise, we will not entertain any damages on your orders after 24 hours.
  • If your order is obviously damaged upon collection at the store / at time of delivery.
  • If the your order is expired damaged inside packaging after collection/ delivery; and you contact customer service within 24 hours.
  • We recommend to take a photo/ video of the damaged/ not working items as proof. 
  • If your order is different from the item collected at the store/ delivered.
  • We will inspect the returned order upon return by you. If one or more of the conditions is fulfilled, you are entitled to choose between an exchange of the your order if the your order is available in our stock.
  • Any services purchased that is already been completed/ carried-out is not eligible for a refund.
